Google Classroom/Classcharts

We have adopted Google Classroom as our new platform for all setting of homework and on-line learning. It has the following advantages:

1. It is easy for students to submit work to their teachers.

2. Staff can view the submitted work and provide feedback easily to individual students for key pieces of work.

3. Staff can include recorded videos which include a screen sharing functionality so documents/presentations can be shown and talked through.

4. It gives us the capacity for live meetings (lessons or Q&A sessions) between staff and students which we can use if there are future lockdowns or instances in which year group bubbles have to complete work from home.
