Fashion and Textiles Ex-Pupil Talk

We were thrilled to welcome back former student Lucie to speak with our Fashion & Textiles students this week! 

After studying Costume Design and Making at Nottingham Trent University, Lucie has gone on to build an incredible career and is now a Costume Designer at the prestigious Royal Ballet and Opera Opera House.

Lucie shared insights into her education, creative journey and career pathway, offering invaluable advice to our A Level students — who used the opportunity to gain support and suggestions for their current projects.

Meanwhile, our lower school students stepped into the role of designers themselves, creating bold and imaginative outfits for the Met Gala, inspired by the theme ‘Costume Art’
