Year 12 Product Design Visit New Designers 2026

Our Year 12 Product Design students recently visited the New Designers Exhibition at the Business Design Centre in London. The exhibition showcases outstanding graduate work from universities across the UK, covering a wide range of design disciplines.

Throughout the visit, students explored innovative design projects and had the opportunity to speak with graduates about their design journeys, project development, material selection and manufacturing processes. These discussions gave students valuable insight into higher education and the design industry.

The exhibition also provided an excellent opportunity for students to gather primary research and inspiration to support the development of their NEA projects. It was a highly informative and inspiring day, helping students broaden their understanding of contemporary design while encouraging creativity and innovation in their own work.
