Sixth Form Admissions - Apply

The application process for entry into year 12 from September 2024 will start on Wednesday 15^th November 2023 and end on the below deadlines.

For Legacy Students:

1. If you presently study at Mill Hill County High School please complete the on-line application process below before the deadline on Thursday 21^st December 2023.

For New Applicants:

For those students who are not already studying at Mill Hill County High School there are two parts to applying for a place in year 12 from September 2024:

1. Complete the on-line application process below before the deadline on Thursday 31st January 2024.

2. Complete written application before the deadline on Thursday 31st January 2024.  A hard copy of your application will be sent to you via email on completing your on-line application. This needs to be printed, completed and posted or delivered back to the school by the deadline on Thursday 31st January 2024.
