We have had two sessions of 'Horsebow-Asiatic' Archery at school starting with the Year 7s.  So far 11 students have completed the sessions and they all performed really well. Students also became familiar with Archery GB etiquettes including; safety on the range; arrow retrieval; basic equipment knowledge; and shooting outdoors to up to 8 metres.

What made this Archery session unique was that students were able to compare and contrast between the Mediterranean finger release and Asiatic-Horsebow thumb release disciplines. Our students practiced the latter - the hardest form of Archery.
