In Year 10, all pupils MUST select fitness for their first choice in one block.

The National Curriculum states that all pupils must be assessed at Key Stage 4 in two activity areas. These activities are formally assessed in a similar fashion to Key Stage 3. All activities in the Autumn Term are formally assessed. Here students will learn advanced skills + tactics and their grades will be reported to parents. The other activities are assessed in terms of effort and participation.

Pupils should be looking to achieve Level 6 or 7 in the two formally assessed activity areas.
